Join us for Mindful movement on main this summer
In partnership with the National Park Service, Main Street West Branch, and West Branch Parks & Rec we are hosting a free series of mindful movement on Main Street this summer! Dates for the series are Saturday, May 31; Saturday, June 14; Saturday, June 28; Saturday, July 12; and Saturday, July 26.
Each event will be hosted at Village Green in West Branch. There is free parking on the street and more parking at the National State Park Visitor Center across the street. The outdoor yoga class is designed to bring people together of all ages in a peaceful and uplifting environment. Whether you’re a first timer or have done outdoor yoga before, we invite you to experience the power of mindful movement, deep breathing, and connection to nature. After class is done, we invite you to eat, shop, and explore town!
Online sign up is required for each yoga class. Please click the sign up button for all events you want to attend, acknowledge the waiver, then go to “checkout”. You’ll be asked to enter your email, name, and address then click to purchase (don’t worry, it’s free!). You’ll get a confirmation email and a friendly reminder will be sent before the event (plus we will communicate if plans change due to weather). Please have each individual over 18 in your group sign up with their information, or update the quantity of seats if you are registering for any individuals under the age of 18.

How do you sign up for a workshop? Sign up online for all workshops, as space is limited. Registration closes when class is at capacity or a hour before each event, so we can prepare.
What if I forgot to sign up or the class is showing as sold out? Please send an email to inquire if there is space.
How do I know I registered? You will receive a confirmation email after you complete the purchase, and a reminder email, so please ensure you enter your email address correctly. If we need to adjust class due to weather, we will communicate by email.
What if I need to secure more than one spot? We ask each adult to complete their own registration. If you are including a guest under the age of 18 for the outdoor series, you are welcome to increase the quantity to reflect that. We have all our guests read and sign a waiver online.
What if I need to cancel? You may choose to cancel your registration for an event, just reply to the email confirmation.
What if I need an accommodation? Accommodations are welcomed, please email at least 3 days priors to the event to discuss.

Please bring a yoga mat or towel for use on the grass, plenty of water to drink, and anything you need for outside (like sunscreen or bug spray)!

When you arrive, please check in so we can make sure you signed up correctly. Once you check in, please go ahead and find a spot in the grass and set up your space. We recommend arriving 10-15 minutes early to get parking and get settled in.

We will have a gentle yoga flow of movement for about 45 minutes, and a total of about 15 minutes of guided meditation. This class is designed for a range of ages and abilities! We will encourage lots of deep breathing and moments of stillness (and some silliness) to get your Saturday started with mindful movement and community.
